Seeking an exceptional Host / Customer Service Lead for an exciting opportunity with Kalvera as we open our flagship skin spa in Jacksonville Beach, Florida in late October 2020!
Kalvera is a revolutionary new skincare company that takes a data-driven, tech-infused approach to skincare. We use data to assess the skin and provide physician-approved med-tech procedures, and physician formulated skincare products as a streamlined, modern, and luxurious in-person experience. We call this approach “Skin Therapy.”

What will you do?
As a member of the Host team, your work centers around creating a great in-location experience and welcoming the community to Kalvera.
Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients: including in-person, over the phone, and through email.
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure excellent member experiences, including managing facility access activations and ensuring the premises are clean and well kept, and supplies are in stock and available.
Provide support to the Skin Therapists to ensure a successful check-in and check out process.
Work as a cohesive team with all Kalvera staff members to ensure efficiency and contribute to a positive inclusive work environment.
Maintain and troubleshoot med-tech equipment, assisting the Physician when necessary.
Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Host team.
Maintain the distinct Kalvera aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
Self-starter, creative thinker, comfortable working in a startup where you will be required to think outside the box.
Maintain product and service knowledge for all location retail operations, as necessary.
Be a brand ambassador for Kalvera’s Story, Mission, Products, Services and Events.
Assist with workshops and events, including set-up and breakdown of events, ordering food and beverages, and publicizing events within the community.
